EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK

Sir, this is a Wendy's.

Build a kitchen, equip your crew, and produce through a fixed 30-day season. Your full-season production determines your share of the funded WEN season prize pool.

1. Learn the night shift

Practice uses simulated SHIFT and stablecoins. Practice progress never carries into a paid season. Unlike your FTX deposits, practice tokens can't be yoinked by a guy with anime hair. You can also eat both burger meals if your friend "doesn't show up." Again.

2. Meet the supply truck

In practice, collect your free starter supplies: one Common item for each station. Then buy exact equipment from three personal offers. Everyone gets new stock at 00:00, 08:00 and 16:00 UTC, but every player's items are rolled independently. Reloading keeps your stock. Better odds than any shitcoin mint — and you don't need to explain a monkey JPEG to your mom.

Reserve one item to hold its price through future deliveries. The other two slots keep rotating. Buying leaves a slot sold until the next truck; releasing a reservation leaves its offer until the next refresh. Prices below are demo dollars in practice and USDC in new live supply seasons. Each offer uses these rarity odds, with an equal chance of each station type:

RarityChanceItem priceStation upgrade
Common60%1Included
Uncommon25%21,500 game tokens
Rare10%43,000 game tokens
Epic4%86,000 game tokens
Legendary0.9%1610,000 game tokens
Mythic0.1%3214,500 game tokens

New live seasons sell the exact displayed item for 1 / 2 / 4 / 8 / 16 / 32 USDC from Common to Mythic. Station upgrades cost the season's game token; SHIFT is a placeholder name. Staking uses that same token and remains withdrawable principal. The wallet screen names the configured assets before signing. Free productive starters and menu bonuses are practice-only. Historical pack seasons keep their original rules and payment recovery. Live play opens only after the actual assets, season budget and funding are configured and verified.

3. Equip and upgrade

Grills, fryers, Copium fountains, and bagging stations each accept their matching equipment. Upgrade a station to support stronger gear. Recycle spare gear for a 20% chance at one tier higher (still better odds than your dating apps), or combine five identical items into a guaranteed next-tier item. Both consume the selected items. It's like burning tokens, but you get something back.

4. Stake to produce

Both equipped gear and staked SHIFT are needed. Four stations open initially; 50,000 staked SHIFT unlocks eight, and 250,000 unlocks twelve. Unlike your Discord mod position, more stake does something useful here. Equipment contributes power according to its rarity, capped by the station's level.

Production power is the cube root of equipment power squared × staked SHIFT ÷ 1,000. With the same gear, doubling stake increases power by about 26%. Yes, there's actual math. Not just "number go up" or a forty-page whitepaper that says nothing. Rewards accrue by your fraction of total active power over time.

Your staked principal is held separately from reward funds. Unlike certain exchanges (okay, it's Celsius), withdrawals are actually possible. They pause newly locked stations; saved equipment, upgrades, and previously earned production remain. You can actually leave with your things. Revolutionary concept.

5. Build your signature menu

Choose a Tendie Box (3 parts fryer, 1 part bagging), Bagholder Burger Meal (2 grill, 1 fryer, 1 drinks, 1 bagging), or Copium Combo (1 fryer, 3 drinks, 1 bagging). The ratios describe the equipment capacity each meal needs. Your slowest required station limits the line, so fixing a weak bagger can help more than another fryer.

Matching your capacity to the recipe earns up to 15% extra kitchen power in practice. The menu screen previews each option and its bottleneck. Changing menus is free; your choice keeps serving while you are away. A missing station means no menu bonus. Base production still works, and the total season reward budget stays fixed.

6. SHIFT rewards and the season prize pool

Live emissions become claimable after the operator publishes a funded reward root. Claims are cumulative and cannot be paid twice. The game interface requires 1,000 SHIFT for an in-season claim; smaller final balances can be claimed after the season. Program claims themselves verify the published entitlement.

The season prize pool holds WEN received and deposited on chain. An automated funding worker transfers collected WEN into the dedicated prize vault. Equipment purchases and staked SHIFT are separate. The pool is measured in WEN; its dollar value can change.

Your share uses eligible gross production over the whole season. Claiming SHIFT or withdrawing stake does not erase production already earned. WEN prizes become claimable after the season closes, deposits are reconciled and the final funded distribution is published. No WEN prize is assigned for an individual accounting hour.

Only prize-vault deposits finalized before the season end count toward that season. Reconciliation finishes before final settlement; later WEN remains held for the published post-season policy. No fixed dollar payout is promised. WEN has issuer controls that can pause, freeze or move tokens, including prize-vault tokens. Practice rewards have no cash value.

The game server manages equipment, randomness, production accounting, and reward publication. Wallet signatures authorize payments and staking. The on-chain program verifies published proofs; it does not independently calculate kitchen production.
